I have seen many hospitals in my life. But I have never had such a bad experience as Narayan Hospital. The doctors and staff seemed to have less experience. The management is absolutely low class. Overall, I would never want to go to this hospital again.
The reception/nursing staff’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told that the report would be ready in 30 minutes, but it was given to me after 2 hours. When I asked about the delay, the staff responded in a very disrespectful and unpleasant manner.
