I took an appointment, was told that she will meet between 11-2, i cama at the hospital at 11:30, it's 1:50.. no body knows where the doctor is, when asked from the available staff( kabi b aati hai, jab time milta hai tho), spoke to other patients sitting around me , 2 of them…
