Today I visited this hospital at 11:00 AM, but I could see the doctor only at 2:30 PM. The waiting time was very long (more than 3 hours). It was very uncomfortable for patients. Kindly improve the appointment and waiting management system.
Both Staff and attending doctors themselves are not punctual. On top, way high waiting time. Also, they are rude when we share a feedback to them!
As someone who was born here, I can confidently say that this hospital holds a special place in my heart. The staff treated my family and me with kindness and professionalism. I'm grateful to have been born in such a caring environment.
. We have op patient kids time taken more than hours. And reception people also not tell the actual time. We have only one doctor for in patient and out patient.
