Worst experience ever at Life Line Hospital. The staff have no idea how to handle insurance claims properly. They even lost our medical reports, which is completely unacceptable. There was no coordination, no professionalism, and everyone seemed to be doing whatever they wanted…
Despite having a 10:30 appointment, the patient has been kept waiting for 3 hours. I fail to see the logic behind your appointment scheduling system. Everyone’s time is precious, and I expect more professional management of the schedule.
Worst hospital ever i visited, they just delay the consultations and take the fees in advance, no facility of mammography, nurses take patients for granted, some directly ask patients to come next day .. and when the patient visit next day they say to come another day ..the fees…
