Had the most frustrating and underwhelming experience. Went in for a procedure that was pre planned with an appointment and confirmation on phone on the day of the appointment. Found they did not have the anaesthesia that was needed. Waited for 40 minutes for the koramangala…
Really great experience at Proactive for her in HSR. Everyone was super helpful, and the doctor took the time to explain everything and recommended the right tests and meds. There were no issues with appointments and scheduling either!
