Staff behaviour very poor and miss behave call not responding

According to doctor time she is not present in the hospital even not receiving the calls from the patient end or the receptionist end. She should be on time what will happen if patient are in serious condition. As per the receptionist she is late and now it's 1 hour of waiting.
