They dont know how to deal with a patient, the lady sitting at reception have a very rude behavior like the patients are fool. On 12th april 2026 the lady sitting on reception is not suitable for reception work.

One suggestion to be share: one of your female staff at reception, must be slow spoken.she littrly shouting during normal talk as well..May b it's her voice but it should be minimum...being receptionist she should be polite and humble...rest ok

Very poor hospitality, no care of patient, mannerless and rude staff, it took more than 3 hrs.
